my room felt quite small, though i booked a 'luxury double room'. the bed was not very comfortable. additionally, the noise from nearby rooms was noticeable, disrupting my sleep.

the staff was friendly and helpful. they decorated the room with balloons and birthday messages ahead of our check-in. it was my boyfriend's birthday so this detail was very special. i had a lovely stay and appreciated their effort.
the pillows were too soft for my liking, and this caused some discomfort during the night.

The breakfast buffet offered A wide variety of options. The room had an iron, A hairdryer, and an ironing board, very convenient. The sea view from my room was lovely, allowing me to see the coastline. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with directions and local recommendations.
The pillows were A little too soft for my preference.

The hotel provided complimentary tea and coffee in the room. There was also A mini-fridge available for storing drinks and snacks. The bathroom included complimentary toiletries. Towels were fluffy.

The location was CENTRAL to many shops. I found it very convenient. Though the parking was expensive. It allowed easy access to local attractions. Bus stops were also conveniently located nearby.

The breakfast included A selection of pastries, cereals, and fresh fruit. Hot items were available, such as scrambled eggs and sausages. I was very grateful for the variety offered, allowing me to start my day with a filling breakfast.

the breakfast was fantastic!!! it had everything you could want.
I was disappointed that i had to pay extra for the spa facilities. Fifty pounds for just one hour seemed excessive and should have been included.
